Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Operate the point of sale cash register accurately for guest transactions Receive, organize, and input inventory shipments for resale Place orders for products as needed to maintain stock levels Perform opening and closing procedures for the marina ship store Assist marina guests with docking their boat Assist with the fueling of boats Aid in boat pump-out services Manage incoming phone calls and VHF radio communications, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and relayed Maintain cleanliness and organization of all marina facilities

Requirements:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional customer service skills to enhance guest experiences Availability for a flexible schedule, including working Weekends and all summer holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable working around water, docks, and marine equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including life vests, gloves, and safety footwear.

Work Environment:

Primarily field-based at marina and waterfront facilities. Exposure to water, weather, noise, and marine equipment. Occasional office work for scheduling, reporting, and communication.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
