Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Powersports and Marine Technician, where your mechanical expertise will drive excitement and adventure! In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of marine and powersports equipment, including boats, jet skis, ATVs, motorcycles, and snowmobiles. Your passion for mechanics and customer service will ensure every vehicle performs at its best, delivering thrilling experiences to our valued customers. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using powersports and marine-specific tools to identify mechanical issues accurately. Repair and service engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension components, and other critical parts of marine and powersports equipment. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid replacements, winterizing and assembly of new units. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing maintenance recommendations, and ensuring a positive service experience. Complete detailed work orders and documentation for all repairs performed to maintain accurate service records. Support inventory management by ordering parts and ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained. Experience Previous dealership experience or service technician background in Marine or powersports repair is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair processes. Familiarity with powersports and marine repair techniques such as engine repair, suspension work, brake repair, welding, soldering, and assembly. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Experience working with powersports and/or marine electronics is a plus. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
