Southwest Ranches Farmers Market (SWRFM) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Manager to lead daily operations and elevate the in-store experience. This is a hands-on leadership roleresponsible for overseeing the register team, customer service, and overall market flow. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager and Inventory Manager to ensure seamless execution across all departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with ownership, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities 1. Oversee day-to-day market operations from open to close 2. Lead, train, and manage the register (POS) team 3. Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly checkout experiences 4. Deliver a high-level customer service experience and resolve issues efficiently 5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing market environment 6. Coordinate with Logistics and Inventory teams to ensure proper stock levels and flow 7. Monitor team performance and implement improvements where needed 8. Step in as needed across departments to ensure smooth operations Qualifications 1. Bilingual (English/Spanish required) 2. 3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or food market management 3. Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 5. Excellent communication and organizational abilities 6. Hands-on, proactive leadership style Preferred Qualities 1. Strong sense of ownership and accountability 2. Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure 3.
