You will operate equipment such as bucket trucks and rigging tools, ensuring safety and precision in every task. Duties Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal using industry-standard techniques to promote tree health and safety Operate bucket trucks, rigging gear, and other equipment to access high or difficult-to-reach areas safely Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including general landscaping to support overall site aesthetics Apply knowledge of tree care principles to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate treatments or interventions Support ongoing landscape projects by maintaining equipment, preparing work sites, and adhering to safety standards Requirements Proven growing experience in horticulture, arboriculture, or related landscape fields with a focus on tree care and trimming Knowledge of rigging techniques for safe tree removal or pruning operations Experience operating bucket trucks, bucket lifts, or similar aerial work platforms (bucket operation) Strong understanding of landscaping principles including landscape maintenance practices Ability to follow safety procedures rigorously while working at heights or with heavy equipment Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Must have valid driver's license Must be have an strong working understanding of the
