Job Summary:
The Market President is responsible for providing leadership within the market and to all location staff. This leadership role is accountable to grow market deposits, loans, referrals to other business lines, increase digital adoption, develop and engage staff and make the branch network easier to do business with (EDBW). As a champion, this role will drive customer experience and excitement within branches and break down silos with ongoing communication between business lines. This role will collaborate with other Business Line Leadership on sales initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Business Development/Relationship Management:
Develops and maintains new and existing relationships, and sustains consistent high-quality loan and deposit growth that meets the banks goals and objectives Maximizes the bank's profitability through appropriate pricing on new loan originations and renewals, fee income and selling of all bank products and services. This would include negotiating terms and structure and presenting credit for approval to appropriate levels of authority within the bank. Collaborate with Business Line Leadership to develop and implement productive sales techniques to meet or exceed referral and sales goals and provide solutions to customer's financial needs Collaborate with Business Line Leadership on setting branch sales goals based on company and business line VTO and budget Attend market leadership team meetings and play an active role in the sales drive and accountability of the branch. Promote deposit and loan related marketing campaigns and promotions. Monitor and hold staff accountable for sales productivity and teamwork.
Portfolio Management:
Manages, monitors, and enhances the growth of an existing loan portfolio $20-$40 million, including ensuring proper risk ratings and early identification of potential problems. Preparation of accurate and high-quality credit write-up and loan presentations to the loan committees and other loan approval authorities Minimizes loan losses and exceptions through effective documentation, underwriting, timeliness of renewals and collection efforts, and relationship building. Responsible for managing delinquencies, workouts, collections and foreclosure activities and will work with the Chief Credit Officer on larger credits, as required. Works collaboratively with loan operations, credit analyst and other support to collect all pertinent information required for the loan presentation and to monitor the existing portfolio.
Administration/Other Duties Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 5+ years' experience in sales and commercial lending Specific, formal credit training Ability to analyze complex balance sheets, income statement ratios, and cash flow statements In-depth knowledge of bank products, bank organization, and banking group inter-relationships In-depth knowledge of local market, competitive marketplace, and trends in product offerings

Friday:
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Workplace Environment:
Requires face-to-face interaction and coordination of work with other employees and departments, and in-person interaction. Working at a computer and utilizing a telephone Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
Salary Range:
$107,120 - $174,070 annually plus bonus and incentives The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. The salary range represents anticipated base pay for this role. The actual pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary based on factors including but not limited to work location, candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
