Job Description
HVAC Company We are a growing, fast-paced HVAC and home services company looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst / Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in helping us maximize marketing performance, improve lead conversion, strengthen customer communication, and coordinate our overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working closely with management, CSR teams, sales, and outside marketing vendors. Key Responsibilities Lead & Call Tracking Review, monitor, and track incoming marketing-generated leads and phone calls Listen to recorded calls to evaluate lead quality, booking performance, and customer experience Identify missed opportunities and areas for improvement Provide follow-up recommendations and reporting to management Ensure marketing dollars are producing measurable results and ROI CSR Coaching & Training Support Identify trends and coaching opportunities within inbound call handling Work closely with CSR teams and management to improve booking percentages and customer interactions Help document scripts, processes, and training opportunities Assist in creating accountability and performance tracking metrics Marketing Coordination Manage and maintain the company's annual promotional and marketing calendar Coordinate seasonal campaigns, service promotions, memberships, and special offers Assist with planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms Help ensure consistent branding and messaging SEO & Vendor Management Serve as the primary point of contact for our SEO and digital marketing partners Track website lead performance, rankings, and campaign effectiveness Help coordinate website updates, promotions, and online content Review marketing reports and communicate actionable insights to leadership Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain reports related to lead sources, call conversion, booking rates, and campaign performance Analyze marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements Help leadership make data-driven decisions Qualifications Marketing, business, communications, or analytics experience preferred Experience in HVAC, home services, or service-based industries is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable listening to and evaluating customer service/sales calls Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience with CRM systems, call tracking platforms, and digital marketing analytics preferred Self-motivated with strong attention to detail What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes ownership and follows through Is highly organized and process-driven Can identify problems and recommend solutions Understands customer experience and lead conversion Wants to help build and improve systems, training, and marketing performance Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Bonus opportunities based on performance Health benefits available Paid vacation/holidays
