Job Description
Marketing Assistant/Analyst Job Summary The Marketing Assistant/Analyst leads and supports cross-functional marketing initiatives, focusing on developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies across multiple business units. This role creates customer-centric communications using a variety of channels and uses data to measure and optimize performance while helping mitigate risk through effective stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams across multiple business units to align on priorities and develop comprehensive communication strategies. Develop communication programs that incorporate a full spectrum of tools and tactics, including traditional letters, digital channels, and social media content. Create communications from the customer s perspective, designing holistic experiences and meaningful touchpoints. Use data and analytics to measure success and continually optimize results, including open rates, response rates, return mail, and list health. Apply communication strategies to mitigate risks through crisis management, constituent engagement, and customer service. Collaborate with teams such as studio, digital, email, analytics, data, brand, line of business, compliance, and legal to ensure alignment and accuracy. Requirements Bachelor s degree. Proven marketing experience, including campaign management and development. Experience with project management in a marketing or communications environment. Ability to develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize communication outcomes. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Skills Marketing and campaign management. Project management and coordination. Digital media and email management. Experience with Adobe, Workfront, CJA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer-centric content creation and experience design. Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration. Data analysis and performance optimization for communications. Summary Qualification Bachelor s degree in a relevant field. Marketing experience with a focus on project and campaign management. Experience in digital media and email management. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with key marketing and productivity software tools. Demonstrated ability to use data to drive communication improvements. Experience supporting communication efforts in regulated or complex environments such as healthcare is preferred.
