Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic , detail-oriented Club Administrative Marketing Assistant to join our local on-site team. This is a permanent, year-round, part-time position. This role requires technical marketing expertise to actively promote our club, manage digital platforms, design social campaigns, and help orchestrate member events.

This is a 100% on-site role located at 4000 Mt. Diablo Boulevard in Lafayette. You will work closely with all members of our Club Management Team. Ideal candidates live in our local community and are ready to interview and start working as soon as possible.
Compensation & Job Type Pay:
$25.00 per hour

Part-time, Permanent (Year-round; not a summer-only or temporary role)
Location:
On-site (Lafayette, CA)
Shifts:
Monday to Friday, morning/day shifts (Exact times to be discussed)
Weekends:
Scheduled as needed depending on club event timelines
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management:
Direct multi-platform club marketing across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Yelp, and community channels.
Event Marketing:
Design and implement creative marketing to drive member participation in club social events.
Digital Media Upkeep:
Perform content updates and basic site management for our club website and mobile applications.
Content & Photography:
Capture quality promotional photographs during club events and operations.
Administrative Operations:
Maintain accurate computerized record keeping, handle general correspondence, and ensure high-level telephone etiquette.
Internal Communication:
Provide vital updates regarding everyday club operations to our membership base and local community.
Required Qualifications & Skills Local Commute:
Ability to reliably commute to Lafayette, CA for entirely on-site work (No remote options).
Typing Speed:
Proficient in word processing with a verified typing speed of at least 60 words per minute (wpm).
Technical Literacy:
Prior experience navigating backend web dashboards, mobile applications, and key social networks.
Organizational Background:
Strong attention to detail, administrative record keeping skills, and a self-starting work ethic.
Professional Standards:
Polished personal dress and professional demeanor suitable for an upscale club environment.
