We serve thoughtfully prepared sustainable American fare, craft cocktails, curated beers, and a carefully selected wine list inside an energetic dining room with a wraparound bar and three outdoor patios. Position:

Server We are looking for a polished, service-driven Server to join our team at an upscale gastropub known for elevated comfort food, craft cocktails, and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Provide attentive, professional table service in a fast-paced, upscale environment Accurately take and place food and beverage orders Demonstrate solid knowledge of our cocktail, beer, and wine offerings Assist at the bar as needed based on operational requirements Maintain a refined, professional presence on the floor at all times Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Qualifications Minimum one (1) year of serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant setting Must hold or be able to obtain a valid California food handler card within 30 days of hire Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base wage, commensurate with experience, plus tips Health benefits available for employees who qualify as full-time under applicable law Paid sick leave in accordance with California's Healthy Workplaces Healthy Families Act Opportunity for growth within an established hospitality team Equal Opportunity Statement Social Bird Kitchen & Bar is an equal opportunity employer.
