Marketing Assistant, Field Operations

Hero Practice Services is currently seeking a Field Marketing Assistant to assist field marketing events and oversee site visits and execute social media campaigns. This position will report to the Field Marketing Manager. This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.

Pay range:

$20-$22/hr Job Responsibilities Assist the marketing team in gathering social media content and researching current trends in the markets Participate in tabling events Organize marketing collateral and keep inventory for sites and team Support the team with administrative tasks, tracking schedule for events, and basic market research Enter new patients into systems from events Track new patients from past events and executing follow-ups Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children Job Qualifications Previous field marketing and/or event experience Ability to travel within our surrounding communities and regional practices on a regular basis; approximately 90% travel Ability to work weekends Exceptional interpersonal skills including excellent written communication and speaking ability Proficiency with using Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 Bilingual in Spanish a plus Experience with medical, dental, and/or vision care a plus Experience in public speaking and implementation of community programs for those in need In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
