Your Role:

MatterHackers is searching for a dynamic and creative Social Media Influencer. This role is perfect for a DIY enthusiast with a flair for social media content creation. You will develop engaging content that highlights MatterHackers' products, including 3D printers, CNC machines, laser engravers, and more. By promoting these products through your social media channels, you'll cultivate a vibrant community of makers and DIY fans. We encourage you to be your authentic, creative self, utilizing MatterHackers' exceptional technology and resources.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging with customers and promoting products through effective communication and live demonstrations. Create and manage compelling content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Assist in event marketing efforts, including planning and executing promotional activities that showcase our products and brand. Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform and refine marketing strategies and improve customer experiences. Utilize photography and videography skills to produce visually engaging content that aligns with our branding goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive branding across all communication channels. Take ownership of your role and drive your success by proactively exploring creative opportunities and solutions that benefit both you and the team.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in 3D printing, CNC machining, laser engraving, and other DIY technologies Strong presence and following on social media platforms, or actively building one Exceptional skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and editing Ability to engage and expand a community of followers Passion for making and sharing creative projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Located in Orange County, CA - this role is based at our Lake Forest, CA headquarters, providing access to our
