Our services include functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, dry needling, personal training, and functional rehabilitation. We're a growing practice looking for a motivated marketing professional to take our outreach and brand presence to the next level. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist to join our team in-house. This role is responsible for all aspects of social media marketing, local marketing initiatives, and community outreach efforts . The ideal candidate will not only drive online engagement but also foster meaningful relationships within our community. Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing Manage and grow CIHW's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. Create engaging content (graphics, photos, videos, reels, stories). Run paid ad campaigns, track analytics, and optimize for growth. Local Marketing & Community Outreach Build partnerships with local businesses, gyms, wellness centers, and community organizations. Represent CIHW at local events, health fairs, and expos. Distribute flyers, manage local advertising, and coordinate promotional campaigns. Speaking & Educational Engagements Proactively seek and secure speaking opportunities in the community (corporate wellness talks, schools, community centers, health events). Organize and promote workshops, lunch-and-learns, and presentations on CIHW's specialties: chiropractic care, functional medicine, pain management, and holistic health. Brand Growth Serve as a brand ambassador for CIHW, ensuring consistency in messaging both online and in person. Report on key performance metrics and provide recommendations for growth. Qualifications 1+ years experience in marketing, social media management, or community relations (healthcare/wellness industry experience a plus). Strong content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing, etc.). Comfortable with public speaking, networking, and establishing partnerships. Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently while being part of a team. Passionate about health, wellness, and community impact.
