• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team.

As a Medicare-certified, outpatient rehabilitation agency, we are committed to restoring motion and ensuring our patients will function at their personal best through skilled treatment, intervention and rehabilitation .

R esponsibilities:

Establish and implement personalized, effective care plans based on individual patient assessments. Utilize skilled interventions and goal oriented programs to improve function and mobility. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals Document patient care using EMR systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with all regulations. Supervision of support staff Qualifications Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. (Open to discussing opportunities with current PT student applying for licensure.) History and clinical experience as a PT. Excellent communication skills Highly motivated for an outpatient clinic Full Time or Part Time available. Benefits are with full time employment only.
