TLC for Smiles is a growing, community‑focused dental practice specializing in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics—including braces and Invisalign—for patients of all ages, with general dentistry services for adults. We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our TLC for Smiles locations by driving local growth through community engagement, event marketing, and digital outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of their marketing efforts. Schedule (days/hours) Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities Community & Growth Marketing Analyze the local marketplace to identify key target audiences and growth opportunities for TLC for Smiles Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage schools, daycares, PTAs, after‑school programs, extracurricular organizations, mom groups, gyms, medical spas, plastic surgeons, and other referral partners Plan, organize, and represent TLC for Smiles at community events, school fairs, and local activities, including setup and breakdown Create and manage community marketing routes, schedules, and recurring outreach plans Partner with office leadership to coordinate staff participation for events and community initiatives Brand & Promotional Support Design and coordinate marketing placements such as school yearbook ads, folders, banners, flyers, and event signage Manage ordering and inventory of business‑to‑business marketing materials including toothbrush kits, pouches, brochures, business cards, and promotional swag Ensure TLC for Smiles is professionally and consistently represented across all offline marketing efforts Digital & Reputation Marketing Own day‑to‑day digital marketing efforts, including email and SMS campaigns Monitor, respond to, and engage with patients on Google, Yelp, and social media platforms Oversee social media content creation and posting (primarily Google and Facebook) Serve as the primary liaison with digital advertising vendors to support new patient acquisition Tracking, Reporting & Administration Track and update referral activity and referral sources, including pediatric and orthodontic new patients Document daily marketing activity, events, and outreach results (contacts, materials distributed, engagement outcomes, and patient conversions) Evaluate marketing systems and pull key performance indicator reports Maintain and update marketing calendars, including Google and Eaglesoft calendars for both locations Track marketing expenses and reconcile monthly submissions Qualifications 1 year + experience in marketing, community outreach, or event coordination Ability to commute locally and attend events, including some evenings and weekends Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Comfortable creating content and engaging across social media platforms Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus Compensation $25 - $28/hr About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
