In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and drive engagement across multiple digital channels. Duties Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and digital advertising channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising. Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals. Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to optimize website content for search engines, improving organic visibility and ranking. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI through conversion optimization techniques. Create Content in various software Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and inform strategic decisions in B2B (business-to-business) marketing initiatives. Support the implementation of marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and nurture leads through targeted messaging. Track key performance metrics related to digital marketing campaigns and prepare reports that highlight insights and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and other digital advertising platforms. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred for managing website content and analyzing data. Demonstrated ability in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management across multiple channels. Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms. Experience with SEM strategies including keyword research, performance marketing, conversion optimization, and analytics-driven decision making. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A background large ticket retail sales is advantageous but not required.
