Exempt Position Purpose:

Develops and implements marketing strategies to grow market share, increase census, and improve Company brand and reputation in the community.

Experience:

Experience performing the essential functions of the position is desirable. Experience in marketing campaign development and company branding is desirable. Prior Senior/Assisted Living experience preferred. Essential Job Functions -

Principal Accountabilities:

• Perform market analysis to identify target markets and potential client sources.
• Develop marketing strategy to increase market share, grow census, and enhance Company brand and reputation.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the community to obtain client referrals. Conduct onsite visits and presentations as appropriate.
• Understand the organization's capabilities and limitations to appropriately focus marketing efforts.

Develop and maintain performance metrics to assess the success of the marketing program. Report performance results to the Executive Director, and Corporate executives as requested.
