Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and execute all marketing initiatives across our multifaceted business, including our vacation rental management portfolio, long-term rental portfolio, Real Estate listings, and in-house Hot Tub service team. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of marketing—from concept and planning to design, execution, and performance analysis—across both digital and print channels. The ideal candidate brings a blend of brand storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership to elevate our properties, drive bookings/sales, and strengthen owner and guest engagement. --- Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Manage external vendors, company partners, and agencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and sales teams of all branches
- Organize and lead weekly/monthly marketing meetings for company branches and leadership to ensure team marketing communication and campaign results reporting
- Create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports for the Vacation Rentals branch
- Oversee the outreach and onboarding of local business partners for our Vacation Rental Guest Perk Program Campaign Development & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end campaign development: ideation, planning, design, production, and launch
- Manage multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, paid digital advertising (Google, Meta, etc.), SEO/GEO, print advertising (magazine and newspaper ads, direct mailers, etc.), and print collateral for in-home and in-office needs and team events
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards Creative Direction & Design Oversight
- Direct all creative output, including digital assets, print materials, website content, and property branding
- Guide design standards, photography, videography, and content creation
- Ensure a high level of visual and messaging quality across all materials Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Oversee WordPress and Wix website strategies, UX/UI improvements, and conversion optimization
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta social ads, retargeting, etc.)
- Design digital ads, videos, and other digital marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Suite
- Drive organic growth through SEO/GEO, content marketing, and social media strategy
- Monitor online reputation and review platforms Print & Offline Marketing
- Oversee the creation of and design brochures, property guides, signage, direct mail, and other print assets using Canva and Adobe Suite
- Ensure cohesive integration between offline and digital campaigns Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Define KPIs and success metrics for all marketing initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition costs
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategy
- Manage marketing dashboards and reporting tools Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Allocate resources effectively across channels and campaigns
- Evaluate and select marketing tools, platforms, and vendors --- Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of marketing and/or professional graphic design experience (preferably both)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field strongly preferred
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or vacation rental industry strongly preferred
- Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance tracking
- Experience with the company's current marketing platforms preferred (WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Suite, Google Ads, email marketing tools, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and project management skills --- Key Competencies
