Job Description

SETNA is a global aircraft and engine lessor, component stockist, and MRO provider specializing in teardowns, inventory acquisitions, and daily trading. With warehouses in Arizona, Chicago, London, and Miami and teams in 15 countries, SETNA supports customers worldwide through ready-to-ship inventory and repair capabilities across its affiliated companies. Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Events Coordinator leads Setna's global events program, including trade shows, client events, and the annual summit. This role oversees planning, logistics, budgets, vendors, communications, and onsite execution to deliver high-quality events with measurable impact. This position will travel to event sites up to four times per year.
Responsibilities include:
Trade Shows, Conferences & Charity Events Evaluate and select events, sponsorships, and participation levels to maximize visibility and ROI. Manage team attendance, branding, booth logistics, hospitality, and event supplies. Oversee registrations, attendee communications, accommodations, and merchandise planning. Serve as the onsite lead for major events, coordinating vendors and resolving issues in real time. Client Events Plan and execute client dinners and events that deliver a premium experience. Manage venues, vendors, contracts, invitations, and onsite execution. Align event objectives, budgets, and branding with Marketing leadership while testing new formats to increase impact. General Responsibilities Across All Events Partner with the Director of Marketing to shape the events roadmap and maintain the company-wide calendar, project plans, and deadlines. Track budgets, reconcile spending, and keep key stakeholders informed throughout planning and execution. Conduct pre- and post-event reviews to measure impact and improve future strategy. Who you are Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience planning and executing corporate events, trade shows, and client events; global or multi-location experience preferred. Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Experience managing budgets, vendors, logistics, and cross-functional communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly accountable, with strong problem-solving skills. PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
