Company Description Spottr Labs, Inc. leverages AI and computer vision to provide actionable feedback on exercise techniques through video analysis. We currently are live on the App store and are backed by multiple angel investors. By focusing on strength training and a variety of movement-based sports, Spottr empowers users to improve their workouts, understand their progress, and build confidence in their training. Our mission is to make high-quality coaching more accessible, enabling users to see how they move and learn what to improve. Spottr is at the forefront of integrating fitness and technology to deliver a personalized movement intelligence platform. Role Description This Marketing Intern position is an on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, though remote candidates are also appreciated. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO to lead the marketing funnel, with the opportunity to convert to full-time or CMO. This role entails collaborating and negotiating sponsorship deals with multimillion dollar brands, managing our social media page and content creation (reels, tiktoks, etc), organizing events for hundreds of people, and user communications that help drive our strategy. Ideal candidates are high-agency college students or recent graduates from selective universities who are excited by startups, fitness, and consumer growth.
This is a paid role:
$20-$40 an hour depending on experience, with performance upside for directly attributable growth. Equity is offered if converting to full time. Preferred skills and experience Current college student or recent graduate, ideally from a highly selective undergraduate program, strong UGC experience is also accepted Willingness to learn, take honest feedback, and improve in a very short timeframe. Video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere, or similar tools Passion for fitness and technology and comfortable with doing outreach and communication Organized and responsive, able to manage many concurrent workflows Good taste
