If you've built autonomy stacks that run in production (not just simulation) this one's for you. We're partnered with a well-funded, high-growth autonomy company working on some of the hardest real-world deployment problems in the industry. They need a senior engineer who can own complex autonomy software end-to-end and push it all the way to deployment. What you'll work on: Developing and deploying autonomy software across planning, prediction, and/or perception pipelines Bridging simulation and real-world performance - SIL/HIL, edge case coverage, validation at scale Collaborating directly with hardware, systems, and ML teams to ship production-grade autonomous behavior What they're looking for: 5+ years in autonomy software (planning, perception, prediction, or full-stack) Deep C++/Python, ROS/ROS2, real-world system deployment experience Track record of taking autonomy software from dev ? test ? production Background from AV, robotics, aerial, or defense autonomy The role: Bay Area, CA Base up to $300K+ equity Well-capitalized, mission-driven team - real deployment, not vaporware
