The Marketing Intern•Regional Support will assist Pave America's marketing team by supporting regional marketing associates with campaign coordination, localized marketing initiatives, research, reporting, and project support. This role is well suited for a candidate interested in learning how regional marketing strategy is executed across multiple markets. Pave America is seeking motivated interns to join our summer marketing internship program. These roles provide hands-on experience supporting active marketing initiatives while working closely with experienced professionals across social media, creative, and regional marketing functions. This is an 8-week paid internship running June through August. Interns work 40 hours per week in a hybrid/remote format and are expected to report two days per week to Bell Works in Tinton Falls, Jersey. Candidates must be based in Jersey. Compensation is $18•20 per hour, and a letter of recommendation will be provided upon successful completion.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist regional marketing associates with day-to-day campaign coordination and project support Help develop and organize localized marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to support planning Assist with project timelines, internal requests, and follow-up items Support preparation for regional events, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities Help compile campaign results, KPI updates, and performance summaries Coordinate with social media and graphic design teams on campaign-related needs Support messaging updates that align with local market priorities while staying on brand Participate in brainstorming and team planning meetings Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes): Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Interest in campaign strategy, market research, and regional marketing execution Comfortable balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools is a plus Why Join Pave America You'll gain firsthand exposure to regional marketing strategy, campaign coordination, and cross-functional teamwork while contributing to projects that support local markets and business growth.
