Hooker Furnishings is excited to invite the next generation of marketing professionals to apply for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This experience is designed to complement your academic learning with hands-on, real-world exposure to brand marketing within a B2B manufacturing environment. We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual to support our Brand and Marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across multiple facets of marketing, from content creation andbrand management to digital strategy and trade show execution. You will gain insight into how a national furniture brand operates in today's omnichannel landscape while contributing to meaningful, high-impact projects. In this dynamic role, you will support day-to-day marketing operations while also taking ownership of key initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Planning Assist in the creation of the 2027 Brand Marketing Calendar Build and organize Wrike project folders and task structures for 2027 initiatives Support development and execution of custom marketing campaigns Digital Marketing & Content Create digital catalogs and implement hotspot linking to product detail pages (PDPs) Upload and organize PR placements and media coverage in Jola Assist with visual content creation for digital and print channels Help maintain brand consistency across digital platforms Retail & Market Insights Conduct retailer website audits to evaluate brand representation and product visibility Perform retailer social media audits to assess engagement and brand alignment Support data management and product content accuracy (including Salsify) Trade Show & Market Preparation Assist with Summer Trade Show preparation Support Fall Pre-Market and Market execution, including: PR coordination Showroom reset and organization Swag inventory and reordering Calendar updates and scheduling Design Theater support Signage audit and updates Participate in showroom setup and breakdown activities Brand Operations & Organization Help manage and organize brand asset folders and marketing materials Assist with product assortment updates via Shopify Support overall brand image management and online presence Administrative & Team Support Provide general administrative support to the marketing, showroom, and events teams Assist with data management across multiple platforms Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and sales teams Serve as a reliable team contributor in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Currently a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Marketing, or a related field Ability to work on-site in High Point, NC (office and showroom) Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and using new technology platforms Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Shopify, or Wrike is a plus (not required) Internship Benefits and Perks Hooker Furnishings' internship program provides immersive, hands-on experiences designed to develop early career talent.
