In this role, you will develop comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee content creation, and optimize campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. Your expertise will help shape our brand story and ensure our marketing efforts align with business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple channels including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content marketing. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other PPC platforms to maximize ROI. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance content visibility. Oversee content creation for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates ensuring consistency in voice and branding. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and implement data-driven improvements. Collaborate with web developers to maintain and update websites built on WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Design visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital ads, social media content, and promotional materials. Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve landing pages, call-to-actions (CTAs), and overall user experience for higher lead conversion rates. Coordinate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives to support lead nurturing and account-based marketing strategies. Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies innovative and effective. Skills Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and competitive analysis. Strong knowledge of SEO principles, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO. Experience managing social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes. Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS for website management. Expertise in Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager for campaign tracking and analysis. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to support website customization and data management tasks. Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging content tailored to target audiences. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot for campaign execution. Ability to utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and nurture leads effectively. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
