Marketing Project Coordinator

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness. Assist in executing multichannel marketing strategies that include SEO optimization, social media marketing, advertising sales, and print advertising. Support the implementation of marketing automation tools and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform campaign strategies. Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress. Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital platforms to improve ROI. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to performance marketing efforts such as e-commerce conversions and B2B engagement metrics. Prepare reports on project progress, campaign results, and market insights for stakeholders. Skills Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and marketing automation tools. Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising platforms, and performance marketing techniques. Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and e-commerce best practices. Excellent research skills combined with copywriting expertise for creating engaging content. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data insights and optimizing campaigns accordingly. Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting ideas clearly.
