- $75,000 a year 13 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Office Administrative experience Attention to detail QuickBooks Online QuickBooks Organizational skills Time management Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our daily operations and administrative functions.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage phone systems and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Quickbooks online and general accounting are required If you are a proactive professional with excellent organizational skills and a passion for ensuring effective office operations, we would love to have you on our team!
