Job Description

Join our Vida Medical Centers Marketing team , now hiring for a Marketing Representative position. Vida Medical Centers offers competitive benefits, including paid time off, paid holidays, and performance bonuses. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare marketing. The Marketing Representative plays a key role in driving membership growth through telemarketing campaigns, community outreach, referral programs, and patient engagement initiatives. This role requires a high level of professionalism, persistence, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will serve as a liaison between prospective and active members, guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring a seamless experience with Vida Medical Centers. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Initiate and maintain positive relationships with prospects, patients, and team members Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire member experience Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner Execute marketing strategies through phone outreach, face-to-face interactions, referrals, and community events Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate services based on those needs Educate prospective and current members on services and partner HMO benefits Collaborate with insurance agents and brokers to assist patients in selecting the best health plans Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets and quality metrics Assist patients with PCP changes by coordinating with health plans Schedule and coordinate center tours for prospective members Participate in community outreach events and marketing campaigns Assist with scheduling, confirming, and managing patient appointments and transportation Accurately document interactions and manage leads using CRM/sales systems Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless patient experience Monitor and respond to calls, emails, and EMR messages in a timely manner Participate in trainings, meetings, and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (healthcare preferred) Knowledge of Medicare / Medicare Advantage programs is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Computer proficiency Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Must be punctual and reliable

Las responsabilidades del puesto incluyen, pero no se limitan a: Establecer y mantener relaciones positivas con prospectos, pacientes y compañeros de trabajo Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional durante toda la experiencia del miembro Manejar llamadas entrantes y salientes de manera profesional, cortés y oportuna Ejecutar estrategias de marketing a través de llamadas, interacciones presenciales, referidos y eventos comunitarios Identificar las necesidades de los pacientes y recomendar los servicios más adecuados Educar a prospectos y pacientes sobre los servicios y beneficios de los planes HMO Colaborar con agentes y corredores de seguros para ayudar a los pacientes a seleccionar el plan de salud más adecuado Cumplir y superar metas mensuales de inscripción y métricas de calidad Asistir a pacientes con cambios de PCP coordinando con los planes de salud Programar y coordinar recorridos (tours) del centro para prospectos Participar en eventos comunitarios y campañas de marketing Asistir en la programación, confirmación y gestión de citas y transporte de pacientes Documentar interacciones y gestionar prospectos utilizando sistemas CRM Mantener el cumplimiento de HIPAA y la confidencialidad del paciente en todo momento Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar una experiencia fluida del paciente Monitorear y responder llamadas, correos electrónicos y mensajes en EMR de manera oportuna Participar en entrenamientos, reuniones y otras tareas asignadas Calificaciones y habilidades requeridas: Experiencia previa en ventas, marketing o servicio al cliente (preferiblemente en salud) Conocimiento de Medicare / Medicare Advantage es un plus Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de manejo del tiempo Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y de ritmo acelerado Atención al detalle y habilidades para resolver problemas Actitud profesional y fuerte ética de trabajo Conocimientos básicos de computación Bilingüe (inglés/español) preferido Puntualidad y confiabilidad Ambiente de trabajo y requisitos: Ambiente dinámico y enfocado en resultados Participación en eventos comunitarios y actividades externas Interacción diaria con pacientes, personal interno y socios externos Uso de uniforme requerido Este puesto requiere una verificación de antecedentes de Nivel 2 de AHCA.
