Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist works with the Marketing Director to execute marketing tactics that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic marketing goals. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong communication skills and strong understanding of digital marketing tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned. Executing email marketing campaigns and strategies. Creating organic content aligned with strategic themes on social platforms, including, but not limited to: Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and X. Assisting with Event planning and implementation. Both external and internal. Coordination of ads for our online and mobile banking. Creation of digital signage for our location's external signs. Tracking data for account opening and cross-sales to assist with the marketing strategy. Assisting with community volunteering coordination. Creating designs based on graphic design needs. Supporting the Marketing Director with marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS BS
in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Canva and general Microsoft applications. Experience in banking preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with all social media platforms. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Full-time, in-office position with standard banking hours. Frequent travel to branch locations or customer sites may be required.
