HYSAFE - MARKETING SPECIALIST
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is highly organized and has extreme attention to detail. This marketing team member will handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. The marketing specialist supports the critical functions of the department with a proven understanding of marketing foundations and digital communication. Develop industry-specific marketing content with a heavy focus on technical copywriting and proofreading. Plan, execute, and monitor B2B email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Maintain and update email contact lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and organization for targeted outreach. Lead in managing and updating website content, including designing and updating new landing pages and some technical fixes. Lead trade show logistics, and industry events, managing expenses, shipping and ordering supplies. Create and design customized sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and product/solution spotlights, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Capture and edit photos/videos for customer visits, demonstrations, training, and corporate events. Manage customer contact information through the HubSpot CRM system. Maintain marketing calendar and track campaign performance metrics. Manage social media strategy to complement email campaigns.THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of marketing experience required, preferably in a B2B environment; construction or manufacturing industry exposure is a plus. Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, including paid search and SEO, across platforms and channels. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and WordPress; experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a plus. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Creative thinker willing to explore new ideas and push boundaries. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; basic photography and videography skills are a plus. Portfolio of print, digital, and marketing campaign samples is a plus. Open to occasional travel as needed. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with sales teams, operations, and customers. Local to Union Grove, WI or willing to relocate.
