The Marketing Specialist is a hands-on production role responsible for bringing RoMac's brand to life across print, digital, and owned media channels. This person executes the day-to-day output of the marketing department: designing materials, maintaining social media presence, and keeping our owned channels current and on-brand. They work closely with the Director of Marketing and our video production team to deliver consistent, quality content across a fast-moving content calendar.

What You Will Do:

Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, signage, one-sheets, event graphics, and branded collateral using Canva and Adobe Illustrator Execute daily and weekly social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile following the established content calendar Capture occasional photos or short-form video clips at events or job sites for social media use Maintain and update owned media channels including Google Business Profiles and basic website content Support campaign launches, promotions, and announcements with ready-to-publish assets Coordinate print production with vendors for signage, direct mail, and branded materials Ensure all content meets RoMac brand standards for voice, visual identity, and tone Track and report on social media engagement and content performance

What We Are Looking For:

2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or graphic design role Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator; comfort working within a defined brand system Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling practices, particularly Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Clear written communicator with an eye for layout and visual hierarchy Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Wix is a plus If you're ready to take your career to the next level with RoMac Building Supply, we invite you to apply today and be part of our commitment to quality service!
