Job Description The Marketing Specialist supports all North America (NAM) marketing activities for the Pharma sector. This role is highly execution-focused, ensuring seamless coordination across tradeshows, webinars, and campaign activities. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. A typical week may include coordinating upcoming tradeshow logistics, confirming vendor orders, aligning with sales teams, supporting webinar setup, and tracking post-event performance. Manage development and execution of marketing campaigns Develop digital content for websites, email, and social media Support internal communications and content updates Coordinate tradeshows and conferences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines Support webinar development and execution Manage industry partnerships and publications Input and manage leads in CRM Rack KPIs and report ROI Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position Proven experience in developing and implementing Digital Marketing campaigns Familiar with marketing tools such as Canva and Eloqua Knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems Project Management experience Understanding of the Food industry Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience Graphic design experience Experience using Sitecore Additional Information SGS is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and as such we recruit, hire, train, and promote persons in all job classifications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristics protected by law.
