Marketing Specialist - Property / Casualty Insurance

GPAC is partnering with a highly regarded and well established insurance company in Franklin, TN that is seeking to add a Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist to its team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies for new and renewal business.
• Prepare and submit accurate carrier submissions.
• Quote coverage using carrier tools and underwriter submissions.
• Analyze quotes, pricing, terms, and negotiate as needed.
• Prepare marketing summaries and track placement activity.
• Build strong relationships with carriers and internal teams.
• Assist in preparing client proposals and presentations.
• Document all activity in the agency management system.
• Stay current on industry trends and underwriting guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years commercial P&C insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of property, casualty, GL, workers compensation, and related lines.
• Experience with AMS360, InsuredMine, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Sales-driven and solution-oriented mindset.

Education & Licensing:

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
