Job Description

GPAC is partnering with a highly regarded and well established insurance company in Franklin, TN that is seeking to add a Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist to its team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies for new and renewal business.
- Prepare and submit accurate carrier submissions.
- Quote coverage using carrier tools and underwriter submissions.
- Analyze quotes, pricing, terms, and negotiate as needed.
- Prepare marketing summaries and track placement activity.
- Build strong relationships with carriers and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing client proposals and presentations.
- Document all activity in the agency management system.
- Stay current on industry trends and underwriting guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years commercial P&C insurance experience.
- Strong knowledge of property, casualty, GL, workers compensation, and related lines.
- Experience with AMS360, InsuredMine, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Sales-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
Education & Licensing:
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
