Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties Maintain, label, and communicate inventory levels of marketing materials for replenishment. Communicate with sales staff of tradeshow needs, in timely manner for show activity. Gather and compile materials for tradeshows with the help of checklists maintaining good cooperation and communication with the sales staff and the Marketing Manager. Support JRS and vendor processes with external and internal marketing needs (SharePoint, HR, plant and management needs). Prepare shipments of tradeshow material with packing boxes and crates. Create labels and transport paperwork for documentation and processing. Communicate with Logistics, sales staff and Marketing Manager with delivery process and timelines. Check inventory levels and communicate with Marketing Manager for adequate inventory. Track use and levels of marketing materials and costs at each tradeshow for data history. Gather data of tradeshow attendance and lead generation. Check and inventory inbound material from tradeshow/vendor reporting any damages or replacements. Ensure all tradeshow equipment is functional and proper. Work with sales staff to ensure tradeshow dates and needs are tracked and complete. Monitor the tradeshow email box and discuss actions with Marketing Manager. Prepare promotional packages for sales staff/customers. Manage content inventory on SharePoint. All other duties as assigned. Requirements High School diploma. Some college, preferred but not required. Strong sense of urgency. Administrative job experience will be helpful. Confirmed ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines is a plus. Able to effectively communicate in person, on the telephone and email. Competent use of English in formal communication via email, letter and presentations. Detail-oriented, organized and solid understanding of order fulfillment tasks. Adept in use of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Publisher to basic level. Able to perform simple math calculations. Good typing and writing skills.
