Job Description

Marketing Little Rock, AR Dillard's is looking for a highly organized and financially astute Business Manager to work with the advertising team at our Corporate Headquarters.

//sla3-prod.dillards.com/CareersAdmin/jobPosting/setup#ndividual will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Advertising. The Business Manager, Corporate Advertising role is a full-time, on-site position located at our Little Rock, Arkansas, corporate office. High attendance is an essential function of this position.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, validate, and process all corporate advertising invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment Input advertising plans and corporate budgets into financial systems; track actual expenses against projections to analyze variances and prevent overages Process vendor coop agreements and maintain supporting documentation Serve as the primary operational coordinator for the company's major annual fundraising event Direct and manage operational aspects of the annual Customer VIP Event - coordinate print and production schedules, monitor project timelines, and provide directives to the stores. Compiling and presenting post-event sales to leadership. Act as the primary point of contact for operational vendors regarding contracts and billing
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field Comfortable working with numbers and budgets Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for budgeting and sales reporting Exceptional organizational skills Verbal and written communication skills suitable for interfacing with corporate executives, store teams, and outside vendors A self-starter with a willingness to learn
