Job Description A leading entertainment and experiences organization is seeking a self-motivated, relationship-focused Marketing Partnerships & Promotions Associate Manager to support its Partnerships & Promotions team. This role will collaborate with senior team members to execute partnership initiatives, manage promotional programs, and support strategic integrations that drive business objectives. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly from planning through completion.

Pay Rate:
Up to $30/hour ???
Responsibilities:
Support the execution and management of tactical marketing and promotional initiatives. Assist with partner relationships, including promotional agreements, ticket orders, proposals, scheduling, and campaign coordination. Manage project tracking, documentation, and updates across internal systems and platforms. Develop campaign recap presentations and support post-campaign analysis, including tracking performance metrics, media value, reach, impressions, and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify new promotional opportunities and strategic integrations. Provide recommendations and insights to support partnership growth and program effectiveness. Help improve processes, workflows, and best practices across partnership initiatives. Maintain organization and communication across multiple concurrent projects. Additional responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, advertising, partnerships, or related fields. Entertainment, media, or agency experience preferred. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through. Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day execution. Experience working with partners, clients, vendors, or cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results and performance data. Knowledge of event processes and promotional campaigns preferred. Experience with contracts, agreements, or account management is a plus. TV, radio, or media production experience is a plus.
Required Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience creating presentations and campaign reporting materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
