We help people reclaim their lives from addiction, and we're scaling our reach to help more families. We're building our in-house marketing engine and looking for the right person to own it. The Role We're hiring a full-time, in-person Digital Advertising Manager to lead our Meta and Google Ads strategy from the ground up. You'll own the entire paid acquisition funnel — strategy, creative, execution, optimization — while shooting and editing short-form video content (alumni stories, facility footage, day-in-the-life). This is a high-impact role with real ownership. You're not running ads for ten other clients on the side — you're focused on Elijah's House. Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns targeting families and individuals seeking SUD treatment Shoot and edit short-form vertical video content for Instagram Reels, Meta, and YouTube Conduct keyword research and audience targeting specific to addiction treatment, family interventions, and recovery Manage campaign budgets, track cost per lead and cost per admission, and continuously optimize for ROAS Set up and monitor conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel A/B test ad creative, landing pages, and audience segments to drive qualified inquiries Collaborate with our intake team to refine messaging based on what's actually converting patients Stay compliant with LegitScript, Google's healthcare advertising policies, and HIPAA considerations Report performance weekly and adjust strategy in real time Requirements 2-3+ years proven paid ads experience on Meta and Google Ads (healthcare, behavioral health, or high-conversion verticals strongly preferred) Hands-on ability to shoot and edit short-form video — you're not waiting on a videographer Fluency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and conversion tracking Strong analytical mindset — you can read data, identify what's working, and pivot fast Full-time, exclusive commitment — no outside clients, agencies, or side gigs Must be based in Pasadena and work in-person at our office SUD treatment marketing experience is a major plus Why This Role You're not a vendor.
