This role is responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and analyzing high-performance digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, strategic, and hands-on, with deep expertise in paid media, performance marketing, audience targeting, and digital campaign optimization. This individual will work closely with internal creative, e-commerce, social media, sales, and leadership teams to ensure digital advertising efforts align with overall company objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the company's overall digital advertising strategy across platforms including: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads YouTube TikTok Programmatic Display LinkedIn and emerging platforms Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on: E-commerce sales growth Lead generation Customer acquisition Brand awareness Analyze campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and customer lifetime value. Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale profitable campaigns. Lead A/B testing initiatives for creative, landing pages, audiences, copy, and offers. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, videos, graphics, and messaging. Oversee retargeting, abandoned cart recovery, and audience segmentation strategies. Monitor industry trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging advertising opportunities. Build and manage digital advertising calendars, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives. Develop dashboards and reporting systems to communicate campaign performance and insights to leadership. Work closely with e-commerce and web teams to improve website conversion rates and customer journey optimization. Manage external agencies, freelancers, and media partners when applicable. Help grow and optimize email and SMS marketing acquisition through paid traffic initiatives. Ensure all campaigns align with brand identity, messaging, and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or 5+ years in a related field preferred. 5+ years of hands-on digital advertising and performance marketing experience. 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong expertise with:
Meta Ads Manager Google Ads Google Analytics TikTok Ads Amazon Advertising YouTube Advertising Shopify and/or e-commerce platforms Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools. Experience scaling campaigns with six-figure+ annual advertising budgets. Proven track record of driving measurable growth and ROI. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle brands, fashion, or e-commerce is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with influencer marketing campaigns. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, SMS marketing, and conversion rate optimization. Experience with creative testing frameworks and direct-response marketing. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and advertising tools. Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and omnichannel marketing.
