Job Description

Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to Service Advertising Assistant Project Manager The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, communication, and execution of projects. This position works closely with the Project Manager and advertising team to establish project requirements, organize resources, monitor progress, and maintain project schedules. The Assistant Project Manager facilitates communication among stakeholders, manages project tracking systems, and provides administrative and operational support that contributes to the successful completion of projects. Project Planning and Creation Develop and initiate new projects by gathering requirements, defining objectives, establishing timelines, and coordinating necessary resources. Organize project information, document project scope, and ensure team members have the tools, information, and support needed to begin work efficiently. Maintain accurate project records and communicate project expectations to stakeholders to promote alignment and timely execution. Team Communication and Coordination Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders, advertising team members, and leadership. Communicate project updates, changes, priorities, and feedback to appropriate individuals while ensuring information is accurate and timely. Coordinate collaboration among teams, respond to questions, and promote effective communication that supports project objectives and organizational goals. Project Tracking and Deadline Management Manage project tracking systems to monitor tasks, schedules, deliverables, and project milestones. Organize meetings, maintain project documentation, follow up on outstanding assignments, and identify potential scheduling conflicts or project risks. Coordinate corrective actions when issues arise and maintain visibility into project status to support successful project completion. Administrative and Operational Support Provide comprehensive support for project management activities by assisting with planning, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and implementation efforts. Prepare project related materials, maintain organized records, coordinate project logistics, and assist with task execution as assigned. Support workflow efficiency by ensuring administrative activities and project processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. FLSA Status - Scanning (Non-exempt) Education Required Bachelor's Degree - Business Work Experience Required 1+ years in project management Physical Requirements and Skills Communication, Meeting Management, Microsoft Applications, Operating Office Equipment, Oral Presentation, Project Coordination, Project Planning, Stamina to perform typical office functions, Stress Management, Time Management Ideal candidates must be born-again Christians and must be dedicated to training young people for serving God; and must desire to educate students based on biblical values and be committed to excellence as a Christian educator who glorifies Christ as the source of all wisdom and knowledge.
