$60.00-$66.00/hour on W2

Not eligible for visa sponsorship This role leads end-to-end project management for integrated advertising campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery across creative, production, digital, and media workstreams for a high-visibility marketing team. Job Summary

  • Own full project lifecycle management for advertising campaigns, from initial intake and briefing through final asset delivery
  • Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, schedules, and trafficking across 2-3 major campaigns simultaneously, each with approximately 20-week lifecycles
  • Coordinate execution across multiple internal teams and external agency partners spanning creative, strategy, digital, digital production, traditional production, TV/broadcast, radio, paid media, web, app, loyalty, customer insights, and legal
  • Manage the movement of creative assets through multiple rounds of review, revisions, and approvals, holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines
  • Communicate campaign status and upcoming milestones proactively to senior stakeholders, including leadership reporting to executive levels
  • Balance high-visibility, large-scale campaigns with simultaneously running ad hoc, fast-moving projects
  • Support the team's expanded use of Adobe Workfront beyond proofing and into more robust project management workflows
Minimum Requirements:
  • 8 years of project management experience with a deep advertising and/or creative project management background
  • Proven experience managing integrated advertising campaigns across traditional and digital channels
  • Strong understanding of the creative and production lifecycle, including coordination across internal teams and external agency partners
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, dependencies, approvals, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong PMO fundamentals with the ability to independently manage a significant workload without close oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence, including comfort holding senior stakeholders accountable to deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront for project management, not limited to proofing functionality
  • Familiarity with other creative proofing and review tools
  • Experience working with traditional production houses for TV/broadcast and radio
  • Experience managing large-scale, integrated campaigns supported by significant paid media budgets
  • Background in budget management or resource planning in an advertising or agency environment
