We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial lifecycle marketer with a passion for media, entertainment and sports. The Customer Lifecycle Strategy Lead for Apple TV will be a leader in a team of growth marketers, and will work with a wide variety of functional teams across Apple including product, engineering, business, marketing, operations, design, and data analytics to acquire, engage and retain customers for Apple TV. Description The Customer Lifecycle Strategy Lead will oversee a team and develop and optimize acquisition, engagement and retention strategies for Apple TV across owned channels like in-app messaging, push notifications and email. They will optimize programs through A/B testing and develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to connect with customers.","responsibilities":"Define, develop and optimize acquisition, engagement and retention strategies for Apple TV. Synthesize business strategy and data insights to map customer journeys, value propositions, and educational messaging across Apple TV customer cohorts. Lead, manage and develop a high-performing team of customer lifecycle marketers. Continuously optimize user journeys and programs through A/B testing and develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with a broad range of functional teams including Product, Business, Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science to improve acquisition performance and subscriber onboarding experiences. Build cross-functional relationships and own plans to deliver incremental performance against defined KPIs. Drive segmentation and personalization strategy to ensure messaging is timely and relevant. Leverage automation to deliver impactful programs at scale. Preferred Qualifications Experience within streaming video, media, entertainment, or sports subscription businesses. Familiarity with live sports content strategy or sports-driven subscription acquisition and engagement programs. Proven understanding of integrating Product, Design, Business, Marketing, Engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders to clarify program goals, strategy and execution. Sensibility to cut through ambiguity and find the path forward despite uncertainty or challenges. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience in customer lifecycle programs or related subscription marketing disciplines. 4+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Strong project management capability with meticulous attention to detail Deep understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing. Expertise in using segmentation and personalization to deliver timely and relevant marketing to customers. Analytical problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to senior executives and individual contributors. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, including communication skills to form consensus of opinion. Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale and time-critical projects. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,600 and $279,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
