Because when advertising is done right, it benefits everyone. Description Apple Ads is looking for a Director of Demand Generation. This role will be responsible for defining and executing our global B2B acquisition, engagement, and pipeline growth strategies. This leader will understand and appreciate how Apple's approach to marketing is different, and will be energized by the challenges and opportunity to create high-performing demand generation campaigns that respect user privacy. This person will build a world-class demand generation engine that accelerates sales cycles and drives measurable business impact. Working closely with sales, product marketing, data insights, and creative functions, this leader will substantially contribute to the growth of our platform and the success of our advertisers. Responsibilities Architect and execute the global demand generation strategy for Apple Ads, aligning direct marketing initiatives with business and revenue goals. Own the global B2B pipeline target. Develop scalable, predictable, and measurable multi-channel campaigns that boost awareness, generate high-quality leads and drive action. Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse, high-performing team of demand generation professionals, marketing operations specialists, and campaign managers. Champion a rigorously data-driven culture. Oversee the development of robust reporting dashboards, full-funnel analytics, and advanced B2B attribution models to measure ROI, CAC, and LTV, and present insights to executive leadership. Partner seamlessly with Product Marketing, Creative, and Data Insights to ensure all campaigns deliver a premium, unified brand experience that reflects Apple's standards. Innovate within the bounds of Apple's strict privacy standards, proving that highly effective, targeted B2B marketing can be achieved without compromising user trust or relying on intrusive tracking. Some travel required. Minimum Qualifications 15+ years of experience developing B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, and demand generation programs. 5+ years managing and scaling high-performing marketing departments, optimizing marketing operations, and delivering high-quality output. Proven track record of driving scalable, predictable B2B pipeline and revenue growth across global markets. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS or above in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Direct experience driving revenue and scaling demand generation for advertising platforms, AdTech, agencies, or performance media companies. Deep expertise in multi-channel B2B strategy, including performance marketing, lifecycle/email campaigns, and digital experiences. Skilled at building relationships and leading through influence, particularly in partnering deeply with marketing and sales leadership. Advanced proficiency in championing a data-driven culture, utilizing complex attribution models, and optimizing marketing platforms from strategy and concept to delivery and measurement. Leader who excels at navigating through ambiguity to move initiatives forward in a highly matrixed, global organization. Creative problem solver, adept at translating business opportunities into effective, premium brand experiences that generate demand. Extraordinary written and verbal communication - with the ability to make complex data and funnel analytics simple for executive audiences. Relentless attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and curiosity are required. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $263,100 and $420,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
