Job Description

Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company. + Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects. Preferred qualifications: + Experience utilizing advanced AI technologies to optimize operational workflows, analyze large volumes of community data, and design data-driven strategies. + Proven experience collaborating with creative roles (e.g., visual/graphic designers) alongside technical and operational roles, with a passion for delivering visually flawless, highly polished executive communications. + Deep appreciation for and understanding of both Data Science and UX Design disciplines, with the ability to speak both "languages" and bridge their distinct methodologies. + Masterful written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with a proven track record of structuring highly ambiguous, 0-to-1 problems into clear, persuasive executive-ready frameworks, scorecards, and presentations.
