Precise Behavioral (Precise) was established to revolutionize the behavioral healthcare ecosystem for patients, providers, and health plans. Precise is a physician-owned and led organization that enables a mix of digital, telehealth, in-person, and community resources for improved patient outcomes. Precise Behavioral Health, Inc. Role Overview The Vice President of Marketing will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth for Precise Behavioral Health. This role focuses on positioning Precise as a leader in delivering an integrated Behavioral Health Operating System. This position reports to the Chief Growth Officer Core Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy aligned with growth targets. Establish market leadership through strong brand positioning. Demand Generation and Pipeline Development Build and scale a demand generation engine supporting enterprise sales. Implement account-based marketing strategies. Product and Solution Marketing Lead go to market strategies across clinical services, digital platform, and revenue cycle solutions. Translate complex capabilities into clear value propositions. Sales Enablement Provide tools and content to support sales including presentations, one pagers, and case studies. Thought Leadership and Brand Development Drive conference presence, webinars, and industry publications. Digital Marketing and Performance Optimization Oversee websites, SEO, paid media, and analytics. Track KPIs such as lead generation and conversion rates. Cross Functional Alignment Partner with sales, clinical, product, and revenue cycle teams. Required Experience 10 to 15 years of healthcare marketing leadership experience. Experience in behavioral health, digital health, or clinical services. Strong enterprise marketing experience.
