This role drives business growth by leading high-performing teams, enhancing brand awareness, increasing customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with organizational goals. The Executive VP of Marketing partners closely with executive leadership to develop long-term strategies, optimize customer experiences, and deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Lead all marketing functions, including brand management, digital marketing, communications, public relations, content, and customer engagement. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns. Oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions. Lead CRM strategy, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle initiatives. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth. Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership. Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement. Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, CRM, and marketing analytics. Experience managing budgets, leading high-performing teams, and overseeing multiple marketing functions. Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and project management skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data-driven decision-making. Work Environment Senior-level, highly collaborative leadership role. Frequent engagement with customers, volunteers, and community partners. Some evening and weekend work required for events and initiatives. Occasional travel for conferences Onsite schedule
Pay:
$150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
