Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a member of the Executive Management Team, the EVP/Chief Marketing Officer provides strategic leadership for Marketing, Brand, Public Relations, Insights & Analytics, and Digital Experience. This executive develops an integrated marketing and digital strategy that strengthens TruStone Financial's brand, enhances the member experience, and drives acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and sustainable growth. The EVP/CMO serves as a strategic advisor to the President/CEO, Executive Management Team, and Board of Directors, translating organizational strategy into impactful initiatives that advance TruStone's mission, deepen member relationships, and strengthen its positive impact in the communities it serves.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Availability to work full-time at our Burnsville Administrative Office; exempt.
In addition:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience. 10+ years previous marketing leadership experience. Demonstrated innovation and creativity skills. Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations governing assigned areas. Excellent verbal/written communication and public relation skills. Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences. Ability to read and interpret information regarding member demographics and profiles. Ability to lead teams and committees as well as participate and contribute in team, committee and task force environments. Ability to define problems and apply appropriate remedies. Ability to understand and apply, when necessary, Credit Union policies and procedures and possess the ability to interpret verbal and written instructions, as well as deal with abstract and concrete variables. PC experience to include a general working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and E-mail or equivalents. A high degree of integrity and ability to always maintain complete confidentiality of all credit union proprietary and job-related data and information. Maintains awareness of enterprise compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML) obligations, and follows internal policies and escalation protocols as applicable. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks. Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000 per year plus incentives. In addition, we offer: Health insurance with the option to choose between a Traditional Health Plan or Health Savings Plan.
