- Get it Done Job Summary The Head of Growth owns the full go-to-market strategy through conversion.
- Continually refine our strategic landscape through the evolution of current strategic programs and the development of new generation strategic priorities
- Evolve and track short- and long-term growth priorities with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics
- Own integrated sales and marketing strategy in environment of targeted mid-teen annual revenue growth
- Build and scale demand generation programs that increase specification among architects and drive pull-through with contractors and installers
- Improve forecasting accuracy, sales process discipline, and pipeline management Team & Function Leadership
- Lead the growth and evolution of the business development and marketing functions, defining strategy, developing talent, expanding team capabilities, and driving achievement of key business objectives
- Set standards and build processes that allow both functions to scale beyond your personal bandwidth
- Lead enterprise-wide, executive-level strategic planning Brand, Marketing & Product Launches
- Own company marketing strategy across digital, social, print, events, and earned media
- Leverage AI to expedite content creation process, reduce expenditure and streamline other marketing functions
- Oversee customer visualization improvements possibly including elements such as product application and installation, capturing product story and material behavior
- Establish and enforce a consistent, premium design-forward brand voice across all channels and output types, overseeing all copyright, long form content and brand communications
- Own and refine a replicable launch framework for new finishes and systems, covering renders, video, spec sheets, social assets, and pitch narratives, translating all into rational, desirable visual content
- Identify and pursue award submissions, editorial features, trade press, and speaking opportunities that build industry authority and manage systems to ensure output is planned, intentional and on brand
- Help modernize how the company creates, packages, and distributes content across all customer-facing functions Business Development and Field Presence
- Develop and refine market targeting strategies to ensure field sales teams focus on high-value prospects, improving conversion rates and overall market penetration
- Build on polished collateral: capability decks, case studies, spec packages, etc., to be used in the field, tradeshows and industry events, allowing for the very best first impressions
- Create targeted content strategies for key verticals: architecture firms, commercial developers, interior designers, and installers
- Promote data-driven sales performance, fostering a culture of accountability and celebrating team and organizational successes Execution & Operations
- Maintain operating rhythms: reviews, dashboards, KPI tracking, and executive readouts
- Prepare executive-level materials and recommendations that enable efficient decisions
- Develop and monitor budgets alongside finance team with the ultimate goal of cost and ROI optimization
- Surface risks early and recommend pragmatic solutions
- Track regulatory, compliance, health, safety, and sustainability standard changes and ensure Pure + FreeForm is ahead of regulatory changes and industry, market and customer standards
- Stay current on emerging tools and introduce capabilities that give us a meaningful competitive edge
- Drive adoption of AI tools across marketing and business development, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance efficiency and impact across the organization Required Qualifications and Skills Experience and Education
- 10-15+ years in B2B growth, revenue, or commercial leadership roles, with at least 3-4 years in a senior or executive capacity
- Proven experience owning both marketing and sales functions
- Track record of scaling businesses
- Background in construction, building materials, or related industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success marketing premium, design-forward, or complex B2B products with long sales cycles
- Extensive experience and fluency with digital marketing, AI content creation, and visualization tools
- BA/BS degree preferred in Marketing, Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field Skills & Attributes
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead managers and develop high-performing teams through multiple levels of the organization
- Builder mindset; comfortable creating structure and process in environments where needed
- Strong analytical skills; able to synthesize data and research into strategic recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication; equally at ease writing brand copy or executive presentations
- High ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Genuine interest in architecture, materials, and construction
