ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Coordinate marketing initiatives that support the strategic goals of the Bank. This may include, but is not limited to: the execution of advertising campaigns, direct mail programs and public relations efforts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Monitors projects to be completed within budget, according to brand and company standards, and within legal/regulatory compliance.2. Assesses marketing communication needs and pursues appropriate course of action to accomplish goals.3. Manages vendors and coordinates with internal support departments to execute programs on time and within budget. 4. Recommend and implement marketing campaigns that support the Bank's business plan.5. Coordinates development and production of advertising materials (or other marketing materials) and sales literature directly or through advertising agencies and outside vendors.6. Prepares and distributes customer communications regarding new, or modifications to, Bank products and services.7. Prepares and distributes publicity messages to raise awareness of the Bank, the Foundation, and the growth goals of the business lines.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
  • Knowledge of financial services products and brand management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently while handling multiple assignments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MCIF, and database management, with experience leveraging web-based and digital marketing tools (e.
g., HubSpot, social media platforms, Google Analytics) to execute, measure, and optimize campaigns.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing related experience.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS
  • Internal contacts include management and other support departments to accomplish assignments.
  • External contact with advertising agencies and media contacts for publicity purposes, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
