Job Description

Description We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to drive brand growth for a consumer-focused business based in Farmingdale, New York. This role will shape marketing direction across retail, digital, and experiential channels while staying closely involved in execution and performance analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in consumer brand building, understands how to influence shoppers in retail environments, and can translate marketing investment into measurable commercial impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that strengthen brand visibility, increase demand, and support revenue growth across key channels.
  • Build and expand consumer brand presence through retail programs, promotional campaigns, merchandising support, and initiatives that encourage product trial.
  • Oversee paid digital advertising efforts, including social platforms, search campaigns, retargeting, and location-based targeting, while managing budget allocation for performance.
  • Direct agency partners, social media resources, influencers, vendors, and other external collaborators to ensure consistent and effective campaign delivery.
  • Create and manage partnership marketing opportunities that extend reach and generate high-impact co-branded campaigns.
  • Plan and support participation in trade shows, sampling activations, experiential programs, and consumer-facing events that deepen market engagement.
  • Partner with sales and commercial teams to align brand marketing, B2B marketing, and sales strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign results, evaluate return on marketing spend, and use data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve customer acquisition outcomes.
  • Manage multiple high-priority initiatives at once while adapting quickly to shifting business needs in a fast-growing environment.
  • Contribute at both the strategic and tactical level by shaping plans, reviewing performance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting execution in real time. Requirements
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within food and beverage or another consumer packaged goods sector.
  • Proven success leading brand-building efforts for consumer products, including experience growing or scaling brands.
  • Strong background in retail and grocery marketing, with knowledge of shopper marketing, merchandising, promotions, and trial-driving programs.
  • Practical experience managing paid media investments across channels such as paid social, Google Ads, geo-targeted campaigns, and retargeting.
  • Experience overseeing agencies, social teams, influencers, vendors, and other outside partners.
  • Familiarity with partnership marketing, trade events, sampling initiatives, and experiential activations.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business performance.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with a willingness to stay hands-on and move quickly as priorities evolve.
