Job Description

Vice President for Enrollment Management & Marketing (King's College, Wilkes-Barre, Pa.) King's College seeks a mission-driven, results-oriented leader to serve as Vice President for Enrollment Management & Marketing , reporting to the President and serving on the Senior Cabinet. This role will set and lead an integrated strategy that strengthens enrollment growth, market position, and long-term sustainability—advancing the College's Holy Cross mission through clear, compelling, and mission-aligned enrollment and brand leadership. The Vice President provides strategic oversight for a fully integrated enrollment and marketing operation, including undergraduate and graduate recruitment, enrollment operations, financial aid, and marketing/communications. The successful candidate will lead a measurable, data-informed enrollment and marketing plan; partner broadly across campus and with key stakeholders to advance recruitment, retention, and student success; and help build a campus-wide culture of shared responsibility for enrollment. Qualified candidates will bring an advanced degree and at least six years of progressively responsible leadership experience spanning enrollment management, financial aid, marketing, and related areas, along with demonstrated success achieving recruitment, retention, and revenue goals.
