This role ensures these functions align with and advance the Credit Union's Strategic Business Plan, mission, and growth objectives. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Executive Director of the Foundation, the SVP leads enterprise-wide strategies that strengthen brand reputation, enhance member engagement, expand community impact, and drive organizational growth. The SVP provides strategic counsel to senior leadership and the Board, fosters a high-performing culture, develops future leaders, and ensures operational excellence, accountability, and measurable results across Marketing, Foundation, and Community Impact functions. Through collaborative leadership and strategic vision, the SVP advances FirstLight's mission and delivers meaningful value to members, employees, and the communities it serves.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in a related field. CCE, Cardwell 306 Leadership, comparable certification, or graduate degree in a related field may be considered in lieu of the required professional certification.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience, including senior-level responsibility for enterprise marketing strategy, integrated execution, brand management, analytics, budgeting, vendor oversight, compliance oversight, and five (5) years of management or supervisory experience, with three (3) or more years of senior management experience. Credit Union or financial institution marketing leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build disciplined, compliant, high-performing marketing operations and translate business priorities into measurable results preferred.
