Uline is seeking a Vice Presiden t of Marketing to lead one of North America's largest print marketing programs, shaping customer engagement across 45,000+ products. Develop leaders across the department, oversee significant marketing investments and partner with executive leadership committed to long-term growth . Position Responsibilities Direct one of North America's largest print marketing programs, shaping strategy for catalogs, direct mail and print communications for 45,000+ products. Lead and develop director s and managers across campaign execution, audience targeting, procurement, distribution and quality assurance to ensure high performance. Oversee print production, paper sourcing and postage operations, driving efficiency, optimizing costs and improving program effectiveness . Build strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements with print , paper, mailing and data vendor s to ensure exceptional quality, service and value. Partner with executive leaders across Creative, Merchandising, Sales and Finance to align print marketing initiatives and o versee $500M+ annual investment . Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Advertising, Business or related field . MBA preferred . 15+ years of leadership experience in catalog publishing, print marketing , direct mail or marketing operations. 10+ years of experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment . Proven success negotiating vendor contracts, managing large-scale budgets and improving operation al efficienc y .
